Bought carpet on April 12, 2015 and were given verbal guarantee that we would receive carpet within week to ten days of mailing. Still have not received carpet and no response to emails I have sent. Ripped off and angry! $1800 spent and nothing to show.

Similar story unfortunately but a lot more money. Bought carpets 1 June and still no word but following up with people in Casablanca and Embassy.

Carpets eventually arrived. They were at tbe central post office. So apologies to Maison Arabe and thanks fir delivery.
