VOYAGE JADDI S.A.R.L (JADDI EL MOSTAPHA) - Marrakech

Travelled with this company from Agadir to Marrakech on the 3/09/14-Definitely one of the worst bus journeys of my life! My wife and I were not allocated seats and in the resulting free for all to find one, ended up at opposite ends of the bus. The bus itself had no air conditioning, reclining seats or any of the mod cons you'd expect from other Moroccian operators like Supratours or CTM-An hour into our journey the bus lost all thrust and after ambling along in the desert heat for an hour, at 10 kph it ground to a halt. The company sent a mechanic to fix it and we did get going again after about 20 mins-the mechanic then had to leave the bus to fix a coach from the same company which had broken down on the highway going the opposite way!
The driver and conductor where very unsymapthetic to the passengers' plight. 3 women were not reminded of their village stop and were then dropped off in the middle of nowhere (with a baby!) when the bus eventually stopped for them. Both members of staff were very rude to the protesting ladies. By the time we hit Marrakech our 3hour journey had become 5 hours and the bus was crawling along at 10 kph again. We jumped off and hailed a cab rather than face a moment longer on this bus from hell.
