Reviews about POLYCLINIQUE LES NARCISSES (FAIK RIDWANE) - Marrakech

I have just spent two days in this clinic whilst my husband had a operation.
I would like to share my views with you.

On post operative recovery there was continual 'banging' on the roof above obviously from building works.
Outside the room there were many people talking ( shouting) on mobile phones.
Also young children running about shouting in the corridor outside they were of nursery age and were there till evening.

The room was shabby seating area covered in stains were people had put their heads.
The bedside cabinet and table I cleaned as not done after last patient.
The TV had NO sound and No remote?
Light fittings were missing and wires hanging and wallpaper peeling off wall.
Food offered was poor and inedible.
WC had no soap ( the container was broken and empty)

The bed linen was not changed on day 2?

The nurse was good but I had to find her to renew the intravenous drip for both my husband and the patient opposite.

I would also suggest that a lift is provided at all times as climbing three floors was OK for myself as I am fit but for patients post op and elderly visitors its a challenge.

I hope you appreciate my comments which I feel are constructive and there are many ways you can / could improve these areas.
